My move started exactly on time with the three gentlemen meeting me at one place to pick up a couple of things, then they followed me for about 10 miles to another place to pick up the rest of my things. They wrapped everything in plastic and in blankets and were very careful in handling my things. Because I was moving only a short distance, I had them move primarily my furniture and I did most of the rest of my things. They are paid by the hour and it does take time to wrap everything and then unwrap it and get it placed properly so you need to be prepared for that; it was worth it for me knowing that my furniture was protected. They were very professional, didn’t waste time, and were very accommodating if I wanted furniture repositioned. I would highly recommend them.… [more]

We had a 3 part move started at storage unit loaded up. Then to house to pickup some stuff. Then to the house to unload 24 ft box truck and pod. They were professional from the very beginning – from the quote to the day of the move. The 3 movers showed up on time (amazing!), were very careful padding and wrapping furniture and loaded everything up quickly. Moving into a building that was built in 1900 presented a few challenges and when my box spring and sofa could not fit up the narrow staircase, they kept me calm!

Although this was not one of my easiest moves, nothing was damaged or broken. I would definitely recommend Busy Buddies & Around Town Movers.… [more]
